ALLGOOD
Mitch has a background in professional sports, having played Rugby League at the highest level for over a decade. He represented the Parramatta Eels and St George Illawarra Dragons in the NRL, and also played for Hull KR, Wakefield Trinity, and the London Broncos in the English Super League.
Throughout his career, Mitch learned the importance of resilience, self-care, and supporting others, especially in high-pressure environments. It was during this time that he became deeply aware of the impact mental health challenges can have, which inspired him to become an Ambassador for The Black Dog Institute and an advocate for mental health awareness.
Mitch also works within the Wellbeing and Education space at the NRL and has furthered his expertise by completing a Cert IV in Elite Athlete Wellbeing Management.
His personal experiences with adversity and hardship have shaped his understanding that everyone faces struggles, and no one should face them alone. Mitch is passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness and supporting others throughout their journey.
