Mental illness and suicide has unfortunately been a theme in my life with both friends and family, and through these experiences and talking about it with others I realised it was sadly a common theme for most.

As a coach and as an accountant I am always trying to give the right tools to people to help them to be able to perform at their best, and so I believe in educating our communities, with events, programs and conversations, so we can help each other on a personal level to just be able to perform each day regardless of the degree of success.
